Rowan Cloete is a 32 year old self-starter who followed his heart to the bright lights of the big city 11 years ago. An eternal student of life, his journey has seen him, amongst others, become a household name as a television presenter, a working stage and television actor, a producer and director and all round can-do entrepreneur. All quite a surprise for this certified computer geek from a very small town.
 
Rowan is one half of Long Island TV (Kim being the other) – a small but passionate production company. With two television series and a string of music videos as producer and director under his belt Rowan is working full steam on an international travel show titled SML WRLD. He is also directing a slate of short films and television ads for Converse.
 
Music always being present in his life, Rowan’s studio project Electric Elvis is currently recording its first album. Rowan can also currently be seen as Johnny Bosman in Isidingo.
